Darling Husband is a master of car restoration, there can be no doubt. He would deny it but look into his shop and garages and you will see for yourself. This is the latest project, caught at the very beginning stages.  Husband has owned this car for absolutely years.  It has been stored in various places but for the past ten years, behind our barn.
