SPRING BULBS

 Preparing for a different season while in the mist of my favorite season is a bit of a mind twist. But, Spring will come and with it new growth and tulips!  Fall has come and Winter will follow but Spring will take on a new meaning this year. I will delight in new creation and a bright colorful beginning.

FALL

A very different kind of Fall for me this year.  The boxes of lovely rust, orange, brown goodies came out and sat.  They just sat on the back porch for several weeks.  Several attempts were made to decorate with the usual abandon that comes with Fall for me.  A couple things made it out of the boxes and then again they just sat.  At some point I gave up and put the boxes back in the barn. So, maybe next year.....

Unknowing, yet still cool

A night to remember for Precious Son.   A surprise 21st birthday party awaited him.  But better than the surprise, dinner at the taco truck, a private concert from a great local band, pin the tail on the donkey, pinata filled with limes, and root beer floats were the speeches given by his friends and family.  Son was blessed beyond measure by listening to many people tell how he has loved and blessed them with his humor, kindness, friendship and love.  The theme of the night was his loyal friendship in times of trouble.
